I am a contemporary visual artist based in Dublin, Ireland. My work is characterized by vibrant colours, soft compositions, and a blend of realism and abstraction. I mainly work in watercolours and find it interesting how an intended work can be created differently with imagination and variation, letting the colours to do some work as they merge and create texture. Time permitting I do like working in oils and pastels.

Nature serves as a boundless wellspring of inspiration for me, particularly the ever-changing landscapes that shift with the seasons. I'm lucky to be living by the mountains and not so far away form the sea where I draw my inspirations from, the minutiae of everyday life, finding beauty and creativity in the smallest of trinkets and objects are all a part of my creative journey. My travels provide further inspiration, as I sketch new ideas while on holiday, infusing my work with diverse influences from the many places I've explored.
